At LSA Tax Services, we are committed to providing excellent tax filing services. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel or request a refund. Please read our policy below:

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their tax filing service contracts at any time by providing written notice. The cancellation request must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled filing date for any refunds to be considered.

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Full refund: If cancellation is made 7 days or more before the filing date, a full refund will be provided.
• Partial refund: If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the filing date, but before any services have been rendered (such as document review or consultation), a 50% refund will be processed.
• No refund: If cancellation is made after the tax filing service has begun or the filing has been submitted to tax authorities, no refund will be issued.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Tax filings that have already been submitted to tax authorities.
• Consulting services that have been initiated as per client specifications.
• Additional services or fees incurred after the filing has been submitted, including penalties or corrections made post-filing.
